- Departure by 11:00. Late checkouts depend on the next arrival and our Management Team
- A € 250 - security bond is payable with final payment. This will be refunded within two weeks if the villa has been vacated in an appropriate condition

Cancellation Policy:
It is highly recommended to take out a travel insurance to cover cancelation, loss of luggage and medical emergencies.
- Loss of Booking Deposit if cancelled more than 10 weeks before holiday start date
- 50% of balance is refunded if cancelled 5 to 10 weeks before start date
- Loss of 100% of balance if cancelled less than 5 weeks before start date
